Westbury’s first summer fair (of the modern era – who knows what has taken place here over the centuries) was a big success on Saturday. England being England, the weather was a little unkind for the first part of the day, but rain or shine the crafters crafted, the potters potted and the dancers danced. You can see a photo album of the day here. The house and grounds looked just as they should and after the day’s activities the music and comedy kicked off in the Barn. Hundreds of hours of volunteers’ time went into making the day a success and Westbury thanks them for all their hard work.
We’ll post some more pictures soon.
