WHAT TO EXPECT:
Allow yourself time and space just for you. This practice is designed to help you slow things down to help you unwind and relax. This deliciously slow flowing yoga practice is suitable for both beginners and yoga lovers alike. Nature will dim the lights for us whilst gorgeously relaxing sounds will help you to release stress in the body and the mind before wrapping up in cozy blankets for a seriously relaxing and restorative meditation practice.
After, there will be time for you to explore, take in the art on display or maybe pick up a hand crafted gift from the yoga Christine pop up shop over some yummy cake and chai tea.
